Siloxa-Tek 8510 is the deepest penetrating, highest performing and longest lasting concrete sealer in the Siloxa-Tek line. This commercial-strength concrete sealer resists water instrusion, deicing salts, chlorides, freeze-thaw cycles and staining from oils and greases. It goes beyond the patio to protect warehouses, parking lots, highways and bridges.
What it is: water, oil & salt resistant penetrating concrete sealer
What it’s used for: driveways, garages, patios
What it does:
- seals concrete brick and masonry
- reduces water & moisture intrusion
- protects from aggresive salts (usually from deicing road salts)
- resists staining from oils and greases
What its made of: silane/siloxane with proprietary oleophobic additive
What’s the finish: clear/natural
